When you work with Quivergy, you support good charitable work in the world. We give 10% of all profit through KingdomFund.church to active doers of the Word of God. Fledgling ministries can list themselves on CharityGoRound.com to seek donor support.

Connections show service navigation and shared purpose, not automatic account access, data sharing, payment transfers or included memberships. Your service purchase is not a charitable donation.

One walkthrough for every agent: see the platform the way your clients will, open your own back office, learn the client meeting step by step, and know exactly how you get paid.

Let us show you your first three clients

Watch Marilyn, then onboard Rocky and Arnold yourself. Pictures and figures are fictional stand-ins made for training, not the real people or their finances. Nothing is saved or sent.

Three ways to start a new client, all from your Agent Office

    Text or email your link

Agent Office → New client → type their name, mobile and email → Send invite by text, email, or both. The client taps the link, signs up with their own email and password, and is credited to you.

Type it yourself at their table

Agent Office → New client → Start typing by hand. Go through the stack of statements while they talk. The file is credited to you.

    Zoom: "You talk, I type"

Share your screen from your Agent Office. The client watches while you type what they tell you. They connect their banks with Plaid on their own device.

However you start, the client is credited to you. If they can't remember a login, which is common, type the account in from their latest paper statement.

    Example 1: Marilyn Monroe (watch)

Practice client at her kitchen table

Retired performer at her kitchen table with a stack of old statements. You type while she talks.

Step 1 of 8: Sign in to your Agent Office

At-bat 2: Rocky Balboa (you do it)

    Welcome to Quivergy

Any money we find, Quivergy splits 50-50 with the client, as profit partners. Your agent pay is explained in “How you get paid.”

We are a found-money company. Any money we find for your client, any savings we create, any value we deliver — Quivergy and the client split it 50-50, year after year, as profit partners. ( your agent pay is in “How you get paid” below.) That is the whole pitch, and it is why clients say yes.

As an agent, you will run the 20-Stone Command Center with your business clients. They work on up to four Stones at a time — never more — and each Stone is assigned to a key employee who owns it. A decade of doing this has taught us that no one person can carry four projects at once, so every service gets its own delegate. When one Stone is complete, the next one takes its slot.

On the personal side, you will help those same owners scrape gold off the table into their retirement and family planning with Quivergy Personal — there is a full walkthrough for that below. And your client never has to do the work alone: they can self-study with our playbooks at the $25,000 engagement level, or choose the done-for-you partnership where our team works the Stones alongside their people while you build your agency.

    Opening hook to a client

This is what you say to a client when you first meet them, to get them interested.

An agent opening the conversation with a bakery owner

“We’re a found-money company. When we find money for you, lower your expenses, or increase a benefit to your employees, we split that 50-50.”

How you get paid as the agent is in “How you get paid” below.

    Found Money

We find you money and split it 50-50.

    • Any money we find, savings we create or value we deliver, Quivergy splits 50-50 with the client each year going forward.
    • Sometimes we reduce expenses. Sometimes we increase income.
    • Sometimes we just show you the questions nobody ever told you to ask.

Savings vary by business; nothing is owed on money we don't find.

    SpeedProof

Your internet provider probably isn't delivering the speed you pay for, and we can prove it.

    • Internet providers around the world sell speeds they often don't deliver.
    • SpeedProof tests your connection for months and builds a forensic data package that proves it.
    • You get a demand letter asking for your money back. In our own test we got about 30% of the speed we paid for, so we asked for 70% back times 12 months.
    • It takes a full year of evidence, so we start it on day one.

Our own test result, not a promise. Refunds depend on your provider and your contract.

    Funding Hub

AI Fund Match connects to bank underwriting desks for funding up to $10 million.

    • Our platform links straight into the underwriting departments of about 75 banks in the USA and Canada.
    • Upload the documents we ask for and we match you, then bring you the best three offers.
    • You're never waiting on us. We're always waiting on your documents.
    • We keep your file fresh every month with CPA updates and a business bank data sync, so you can stay pre-approved. Offers can show up on your devices or your VISOR heads-up display.

Not a lender. Approval, amounts and terms are set by each lender.

    DSCR Real Estate

Buy a building based on its cash flow, not your personal income.

    • DSCR loans are underwritten on the building's yearly cash flow (debt service coverage), not your personal income limits.
    • We can often finance up to about 80% of the price, say on a 100-unit building.
    • Keep the current property management company in place and you collect rents with your feet up.

Loan-to-value, rates and approval depend on the lender and the property. Real estate carries risk.

The 20 Stones — what each one does

Twenty services every business needs, in the order clients meet them. You do not need to memorize these — the Command Center guides each one — but this is your map.

Working a client, step by step

Six modules, in order, each one a sitting with your client. Every screen below is the real page you will have open on your computer, turned toward the client across the desk. Two ways to run every module: the client follows along on their own device, or you drive for clients who do not use computers — the steps are identical, so you cannot get lost.

If they choose Business or Both, also open the Business Wall of Peace. Work on up to four business services at a time only when each has a named key employee to carry it.

Illustrative family stages, not assumptions about age or verified personal records. Each household progresses at its own pace.

    Module 1

Open with the Financial Wall of Peace

First ask: would you like to focus on your personal finances, your business, or both? For Personal, begin with the family Financial Wall of Peace. Red is not started, yellow is underway, green is completed, and heavy gold is completed and maintained for at least a year.

    1. 1Open the wall on your screen, turned toward the client
    2. 2Compare a red starting wall with a partly completed wall and the maintained gold foundation
    3. 3Let the client name which red brick worries them most

    Module 2

    Show their Quivergy Personal home

Their own wall curves behind their household. Agree who has the time and ability to coordinate the next step: the client, their spouse, or another trusted adult. Use the family conversation scripts to discuss money with their spouse and children respectfully.

    1. 1Open Quivergy Personal and claim their wall — no card, no password
    2. 2Pick the household picture that looks like their family
    3. 3Choose the first block they want to work on together
    4. 4Explain the colors: red never touched, yellow started, green handled, gold maintained a year

The real Family Circle walkthrough: relatives see only which blocks are lit, never dollars

    Module 3

    Build their Family Circle

Family Circle shares pictures and colored completion stages with consenting relatives — never net worth, balances or dollar amounts. Relatives can compare incomplete walls without learning each other’s money. Invite a coffee or dessert conversation about one red brick. That may uncover another family member’s planning needs; offer help without pressure or exposing anyone’s private finances.

    1. 1Explain picture-only sharing first: no net worth, account balances or dollar amounts go to relatives
    2. 2Pick the names from their contacts — one tap per person, no emails to type
    3. 3Show the QR option for inviting family right at the dinner table

    Walk through retirement decisions together

When to claim Social Security, how to choose Medicare coverage, what happens to income when one of them is gone — answered side by side, in plain language.

    1. 1Enter both partners’ birth dates and benefits from their SSA statements
    2. 2Pick what matters most: protect each other, retire sooner, or keep choices open

    Start their Family Finance courses

Eight courses from 101 to 808, with a teacher the client designs themselves. Children’s records stay private for guardian review.

    1. 1Let the client design their teacher — look, voice and style
    2. 2Start course 101 together so the first win happens in your meeting
    3. 3Show the five-jars lesson for any children in the household
    4. 4Set the next lesson as homework before you leave

    Module 6

Gather documents and connect the bank

The paperwork step. Today your client uploads their statements and documents to their private vault; read-only bank syncing arrives next — it is in final testing and never moves money.

    1. 1Upload the last three months of bank statements together
    2. 2Add insurance policies and loan documents to the vault
    3. 3When bank sync opens, connect read-only — no transactions, ever
    4. 4Confirm every document landed before the meeting ends

For RIAs, fee-based advisors and private family offices

The $149.99/month Personal membership is not a billion-dollar family-office engagement. A household’s total net worth, an advisor’s total assets under management (AUM), and qualifying liquid assets for a specific Household Office illustration are three different numbers. A $300 million ranch valuation is not automatically $300 million of qualifying liquid assets.

Existing Household Office illustration — not your RIA’s software fee

$25,000 annual coordination retainer, plus marginal stewardship bands on qualifying liquid assets. Each band applies only to the assets within that band, not the entire balance. This schedule remains subject to legal review and a separate written agreement; it does not establish an approved investment-management service.

Illustrative planning information only, not a quote, offer, recommendation, investment-advisory agreement, or promise of performance. Quivergy does not select, purchase, sell, trade, or reallocate securities. Any investment-related service, referral, compensation arrangement, or stewardship fee requires separate review and a written agreement with appropriately licensed parties.

Who holds the money, who bills, and what Quivergy earns

    1. Client assets: remain with the client’s authorized custodian, carrier or broker-dealer under the advisor’s actual arrangements. Do not transfer investment assets to Quivergy. Quivergy is software and organizational workflows, not a custodian or trading authority.
    2. Advisor fee: the properly licensed advisor or firm sets and collects its own approved fee under its client agreement. CFP certification alone does not establish registration, custody or permission to charge an AUM fee.
    3. Quivergy platform fee: an RIA or white-label organization needs a separate software agreement covering seats, services, billing and any asset-based platform charge. No approved RIA platform basis-point rate or advisor fee split is established here. Do not apply the Household Office schedule to an RIA’s entire book or promise Quivergy a percentage of its AUM.
    4. Family-office work: coordinate the family’s education, records, planning questions and professional team. An individual household engagement and a firm-wide software license are separate scopes; any fee sharing needs firm and regulatory review.
